It combines a healthy way of baking, simplicity of execution and a delicious taste. We chose this method, developed it, adapted it to our products and created Seafood meals<\/p>\n<p>During baking, the water vapour of the materials is trapped inside the handmade pan made of oil pastes and circulates inside the pan to the boiling point. This water vapour acts as a coolant. Thus, all the ingredients are cooked in their juices at a temperature not exceeding 100\u00b0C, regardless of the temperature in the oven environment.
